Today, the old manual system of information requires manpower from the restaurant from writing down of orders, saving copies of receipts, and summarizing business transactions. It is also time-consuming for the part of the customers because it requires them to fall in line, place their orders and settle their bill. This article proposes a Smart Order Application (SOA) development solution to support e-business activities and help restaurant business units operate efficiently, serve customers quickly and in accordance with customer tastes. SOA replaces the old order process, supports a more professional service style, integrates marketing functions, and improves the speed of service for both customers and management.
