Digital society is the act of bringing digital technology, applying digital solutions into daily life. This activity will gradually create digital citizens and a digital culture. In a digital society, there are very important and practical activities which involve applying digital solutions to change and improve convenience in education, healthcare, and finance. The study by the authors focuses on evaluating the factors influencing digital society activities in Hai Phong; among which the significant variables affecting digital society activities are Digital Infrastructure and Other factors, specifically Internet and digital literacy and Compliance with security principles in the digital environment.
